Originally formed in 1994 as an independent film making partnership, Minott Motion Pictures brings together veterans of motion picture production. The goal of the company is to produce two exciting and profitable independent feature films each year in Florida. Every picture is unique, so the team members may vary.

Flip Minott – Owner/Manager
Executive Producer/Director of Photography

South West Florida's only Hollywood Roster cameraman.
Flip Minott began his career as a commercial photographer. His photographs graced the pages of major publications such as Time, Newsweek and Sports Illustrated. His work naturally progressed to moving pictures where he has gained extensive experience with aerial, underwater and steadi-cam cinematography. He is an accomplished cinematographer with many awards and film credits for feature films, documentaries and short films.

He started producing on the documentary “Uncommon Friends”(1999) narrated by Walter Cronkite, has since been some level of producer on several feature films. “Terror Inside”(2007) was his first Executive Producer credit, which he finished on schedule and on budget.

Michael Corbett- Executive Producer

Michael Corbett has a career as a filmmaker that spans more than
thirty years. He began his career in 1969 at CBS affiliate KOTV Channel
6 in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a floor crew cameraman. He has worked on more
than a thousand television commercials and dozens of feature films in
roles as varied as grip/electric to producer/director. He was line
producer on Captiva Island, which had a successful theatrical release
and aired on HBO and other premium channels. Other feature film
credits include Miami Hustle as first assistant director and The Lay
Of The Land as director of lighting.. Corbett presently serves as the
Director of the Piedmont Community College Film and Video Production
Technology Program in Yanceyville, North Carolina.
Allen Minott - Producer

Allen Minott has worked with Minott Motion Pictures since the start of the company in 1994. Mr.
Minott is one of the most experienced producers in Florida. His
versatile resume ranges from commercials to feature films. One of his
most prestigious producing projects was his work with George Lucas’s
Industrial Light and Magic on the Chevy Blazer commercial for the Super
Bowl. He also produced Diana Ross’s last music video. Mr. Minott is
known for bringing projects in on time and under budget, which was best
exemplified when he produced the feature film Captiva Island.
Some of
the clients he as worked with during his career include US Navy, Major
League Baseball, WCI, General Electric, Florida Lottery, Royal
Caribbean Cruise Line, Lowe’s, Coors, and Kraft.
Elizabeth "Betsy" Minott- Secretary/Production Assistant/ Set Massage Therapist

Betsy Minott has been in the "biz" since birth practically. Following her Father (Flip Minott) on a variety productions over the past 15 plus years. She has experience in being a production assistant, movie set still photographer, wardrobe, makeup, set construction and animal handler- dogs. Along with her various crew skills. She has acting/voice over experience in commercials and feature films.
Betsy is also a licensed Massage Therapist since 2005. She has worked in traditional atmospheres of high end spas, salons, Dr. offices. She brings her skills to productions to keep crew and cast stress free and in optimal performance level. Her experience around sets gives her the ability to give massages and not get in the way of production. Her first feature film she worked on was Terror Inside (2007) starring Corey Feldman and Tanya Memme. As set massage therapist on Terror Inside she gave massages to cast and crew, keeping stress levels down and helping with productivity.
